Design and construction of a localized surface plasmon resonance-based gold nanobiosensor for rapid detection of brucellosis

چکیده

In this study, a localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) nanobiosensor was designed to quantify anti-Brucella antibodies in the human sera. Smooth Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) extracted from Brucella melitensis via modified hot phenol water method and fixed on of gold nanoparticles by covalent interactions with functionalized nanoparticles. To obtain best performance probe, ratio LPS nanoparticle optimized. Dynamic light scattering used for characterization probe. The reduction LSPR peak at 600nm amount captured antibody. Finally, satisfactory results were obtained when analyze control patient sera presence antibodies.
